Welcome to Recura. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Recura helps you manually track and manage subscription services you enter. The App does not automatically cancel subscriptions on your behalf. It may provide guides, links, and reminders to assist you in managing subscriptions yourself.
2. In-App Purchases
Recura offers an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase processed by Apple. All payments, billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled under Apple’s terms. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.
3. Advertising
The free version of Recura may display ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing “Remove Ads” removes banner and interstitial advertising within the App.
4. Financial Disclaimer
Recura is an informational and budgeting tool only. We are not a bank, payment processor, or subscription provider. We are not responsible for financial losses, unexpected auto-renewals, late fees, missed cancellations, or incorrect data you enter. You are responsible for verifying charges with your financial institutions and service providers.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by SIX11 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Recura is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIX11 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
