Easy Todo List is a calm daily planner with Today, Calendar, Focus timer, reminders, and widgets. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information.

In short: No account and no sign-up. Your tasks and settings stay on your device. Ads in the free version are served by Google AdMob. Purchases go through Apple. We may use Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics for anonymous usage and stability. Buying Easy Todo Plus removes ads.

What stays on your device

Tasks, lists, focus sessions, reminder schedules, preferences, and achievement progress are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We do not require an account and we do not operate a user profile server for this app.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device so you can complete, snooze, or open a task. Notification permission is requested only when needed.

Ads (AdMob)

If you have not bought Easy Todo Plus, banner and occasional full-screen ads may be shown via Google AdMob. AdMob may use device advertising identifiers and approximate location derived from IP, subject to your iOS tracking choices and any consent form shown in your region. You can refuse tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Buying Easy Todo Plus removes ads.

Analytics & Crashlytics

The app may use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate usage and fix crashes. These tools collect technical data such as app version, device type, and crash stacks. They are not used to sell a personal profile of you. See Google’s documentation for Firebase data practices.

Purchases

Easy Todo Plus is a one-time App Store purchase handled by Apple. We never see your card details. We only receive Apple’s confirmation that the entitlement exists so ads can be removed and Plus features can unlock.

Widgets

Home Screen widgets read a local shared snapshot of today’s progress and priorities from an App Group on your device. Widget data is not uploaded by us.

Children

The app is a general productivity tool. It is not directed at children under 13 as the primary audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
