Bimbo is a simple music app with Turkish children’s songs and nursery rhymes. We designed it to be safe for families and to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information.

In short: Bimbo has no accounts and no sign-in. Playback preferences and purchase status are handled on the device / through Apple. We do not ask for, collect, or sell personal information. Any advertising shown is non-personalized.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information. Bimbo does not require an account, email address, phone number, name, or age, and it does not ask children for any personal details.

Local preferences (such as purchase/entitlement state used to remove ads) are saved on the device using the operating system’s standard storage and Apple’s StoreKit. This information is not sent to a server we control.

Advertising

The free version of Bimbo may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are served in a non-personalized manner: they are not based on a user profile or tracking, and the app does not use the device’s advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.

To serve and cap ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process limited, non-identifying technical signals (such as general device type and approximate, coarse region). Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy & Terms. An optional purchase or subscription removes advertisements.

Purchases

Bimbo offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions that remove ads. All payments are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Subscriptions renew through your Apple account until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in your device’s App Store subscription settings.

Children’s privacy

Bimbo is intended for family listening with children’s music. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, we do not build profiles of children, and we do not use behavioral advertising or tracking directed at children. There are no social features, no chat, and no user-generated content shared with others.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing. The only third parties involved are the service providers that make the app work — Apple (app distribution and payments) and Google AdMob (non-personalized ads in the free version) — acting under their own privacy terms.

Data retention and deletion

Because preferences are stored only on the device (and purchases with Apple), you can remove local app data at any time by deleting the app. Subscription management remains available in your Apple ID settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
