1. Use of the App
Aquam helps you manually track and manage your daily water intake and hydration habits. The App is an informational habit tracker designed to support your personal wellness goals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. In-App Purchases
Aquam offers an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. All payments, billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled under Apple’s terms. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.
3. Advertising
The free version of Aquam may display ads served by Google AdMob. Purchasing “Remove Ads” removes banner and interstitial advertising within the App.
4. Health Disclaimer
Aquam is an informational habit tracker only. We are not a healthcare provider, medical device, or licensed health professional. The App does not assess your hydration needs based on medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, athletic performance, climate, or other individual factors.
Daily water goals, reminders, and statistics are general wellness tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your fluid intake, especially if you have kidney disease, heart conditions, diabetes, or other health concerns that affect hydration.
We are not responsible for dehydration, overhydration, health complications, or any outcomes arising from reliance on the App instead of professional guidance.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by SIX11 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Aquam is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIX11 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or health-related outcomes arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
